Labor costs, our single largest expense, will increase by 5% for the 2025 season. For this reason, a small increase in share prices is necessary to maintain already slim margins and keep the farm profitable. I believe that the CSA program will continue to be an excellent value and I appreciate your understanding.

Early Bird Discount (EBD)
A discount will be offered on all share sizes if paid in full by March 1st. The amount of the discount will be based on the share size, as noted above. This deadline will be strictly adhered to, please do not ask me to extend it.

* Boxing charge - prepackaged Basic and Premium shares will incur a boxing charge of $75/season. Most of this charge is necessary to cover the cost of the boxes, many of which in the past have not been returned for reuse.

What is a CSA?
CSA stands for "Community Supported Agriculture." It's a farm in which members purchase a "crop share" during the winter and early spring before the season begins. Then, throughout the growing season, share members come weekly to pick up their already-paid-for shares of just-harvested fresh organic vegetables at a predetermined location.
Shareholders financially support the farmer in advance to grow fresh organic vegetables for them in the upcoming growing season. It is a farm share. A local CSA offers a certain number of "shares" to CSA members.
